You're not thinking of Jeroen Cats? He always posted a lot of pictures. He sadly passed away last year, but his site is still up.

He is died in his Citroën 2CV.

An accident with his 2CV and a truck.

Well....it's a few years ago now, I think, but I'm sure he was Dutch and that he had something to do with the Dutch Cit. Club. Actually, he made a point of posting pictures of BXs in that colour, as I remember

I just had a look at the site you mention and there didn't seem to be anything specific to the BX there, but the site I was thinking about had a heavy BX emphasis, so may not be that one.
