new to bx club

Post by Gary »

This is my first post to the bx club, so i would like to say hello to all you guys and girls .
I have owned 6 bx's since 1988 without a break.
It start in 1988 with a brand new gti 8v,then in 89 a new dtr turbo saloon, 1990 it was a new tzi saloon. my wife owned a 19 gt since 89 which we both used until it die from rust in 98 . so then came along a 93 txd turbo that was a 1 owner car which we still have, and last year we were given a 1 owner 1.9d meteor which is in great nick.
Both the 1.9 and txd turbo are both every day cars that live outside.
what would life be like without a bx?
I will try to post some pictures .should they be posted here or in gallery section?
hope this didnt bore you ?
many thanks gary

Welcome to the forum Gary,
You've certainly got a nice bit of BX history there.
I've got three BXs at the moment, one of which I've owned since 1992.
Yes, there's definitely something special about the BX ride and they still look great after all these years !

Welcome along dude.

I should stick your piccies in the gallery bit, then we can all admire them!
Smokes lots, because enough's enough already!

Far too many BX's, a bus, an ambulance a few trucks, not enough time and never enough cash...
