Don't now if this is new to anyone or if everybody eccept me allready knows this.
If you have a BX equiped with plip operated central locking and it is not working and you have access to a camera phone.
Do the following turn the phone on to take a picture.
hold the plip up in front of the lens so you can see the IR (infrared)
LED.
Push the unlock /lock button on the plip and if it is working you will see a bright light coming from the IR led if it is not working you wont.
This also applies to IR television remotes they can be checked the same way.
Hope this is of help to someone out there i thought it was brilliant when i was shown it
