piccys soon i promise.. its just a bog standard deisel.. new sills, repairs to the rear floor and inner wings. Apart from that its been a fantastic motor..had it about three years now, the hydraulics give me the hump sometimes. At the moment its blowing a pipe - you guys will know its a Y shape pipe with clear pipeing. So i figure it may have too much pressure - caused by dodgy spheres i'm told, they were shot, have replaced them all except the accumulater with proper citroen ones.. every know and again it still blows the pipe.. your not going to like this... but.. i superglued the pipe on now and so far its ok! I've had hydraulic leaks from the pump, ride height thingy, dodgy metal pipe, that inch of plastic pipe that is wider at one end than the other.. that is no longer stocked. The key broke in the ignition barrel.. Citroen garage bless em managed to get one on order for me next day delivery, alternater went - that was fun trying to fit that.. i think it must have grew in the space where its located! Oh yes.. the pedal box, had a split down one side so the throttle pedal goes floppy and we only get half throtle.. lets face it you need all the throttle you can get on 1.9deisel. But we persevere with old Eric (wifes name for the BX) was even offered a very good nick xsara last week for free!, it would have meant scrappig Eric through..couldnt do it.. he's like one of the family now!
