I've just heard that he was really wired recently but has gone to earth somwhere after Di owed him fifty quid and Cath owed him a tenner, he didn't get it back and his new house on Elect Road wasn't ready. On the plus side though at least he had negative equity and that had to be beta than having an amp there or an amp here.
Actually ignore all the above, the real truth is he went out and sparked a phase of behaviour not conductive to someone of his normal resistance and he was grounded.
