I have tried blowing down there and there was bubble at the other end, then in my infinate wisdom i sucked (lesson learnt : Washer fluid isn't the best tasting beverage!). Yeh I can imagine it being quite a job, I can live without it just one of those things.

Try an airhose, that should blast any crud thats blocking it if the old lung power fails.

Youll probably find that the jet itself is blocked and needs "rodding" with a bit of suitably sized wire. You can check if the pipes blocked by removing the jet and see if the water then pumps out of the pipe.

If your talking about an airline Mulley that's a recipe for blowing the connections apart without necessarily achieving your aim.

Another option is to move the wiper so it parks on the drivers side (easy enough to do) or as said above, fit a pair of jets in the scuttle panel.
Thats the most effective way of doing it. No loss of pressure and totally free to do.
In France, they wouldn't have the problem but they never switched the pipes over for UK cars, because they dislike us

Or because they couldn't be arsed.

Is it made up in parts way2go? if it is then it wouldnt be advisable to use an airline, i'd presumed it was just one whole pipe.

The nozzle aperture on the back is so small that even if it were not blocked, that sort of pressure would blow the junctions apart and if it didn't there's always the risk that the pipe itself could rupture in an inaccessable place like the headlining.

The problem is most likely the crud that builds up behind the nozzle over a period of time. I've cleaned mine out twice now with good result. :D
