There appear to be loads of BX's down London. I'm always amased each time I go to London how many more older cars you still see on the road compared to up north. It may be the countrys rich capital with a lot more swanky cars but this is equally matched with a lot more people who are happy to run their old cars into the ground too.

I wonder if the camshaft is broken but allowing the engine to run on a couple of cylinders? If the HP pump pulley rotates the cam is obviously OK.

Mick, London isn't too far from MK, buy it for the splitter, nice set of wheels too !!

Incidentally you don't need to look too close at the wheels to see that they are cheap nasty wheel trims on this, all BX's I've ever come across only have 4 wheel studs.
I too spotted that straight away Ken, but I didn't want to start getting all Pedantic by pointing that out !

/\ ahhh but it's not possible to be pedantic over ebay photos, because it depends what one uses to view them ... the monitor itself, the zoom, the distance from the monitor, one's eyesight ....the analysis of how the light from each pixel reaches the rods and cones in the eye is the true Pedandtism
I must try harder to educate everyone on the real meaning of Pedant

Au contraire, mon ami, Not south of the river there aren't!! Since I got mine, (two years) I've seen one other.

The last BX I saw was a gorgeous beigy-coloured BX14TE in the Auchan car park in Perpignan last week, which got me all excited as you don't see many 14s, even in France. It looked shiny, undented and well-loved - adjectives not normally associated with French-owned cars! No pictures, I'm afraid, as I was struggling to change gear with the window winder in a horrid LHD KA hire car while negotiating what appears to be the local substitute for the defunct French GP. (I much prefer to use a RHD car abroad, cos everything's in the right place.)
