i saw a case were all the warning lights were comeing on together,
it turned out to be low coolant,
but there was a diod failed on the flexi print at the back of the instrument cluster, this caused all the warning lamps to come on together,

yeah, if ace_the_base gets a new dipstick and checks the oil level, and if the oil level is OK, then something else is pulling on all the lights due to a fault as described above (and also implied by Ways80 several posts back).

Get a new dipstick and check the oil level, then let us know :)
