Nicely put Ian.
I could like with a couple of small holes and find someway of covering them but whar if this dipstick has glued the whole base of the thing down with superglue or araldite or something.
10 hours to go and still no response to my question, why can't these poeple be honest.

Ken, you have a p.m my friend. I notice he/she has answered some questions now displayed on the listing. They say the only real problem (aside from the headgasket) is a small patch of rust on one of the doors. I personally believe it`s worth saving though the fact the vendor has avoided some questions is a little suspect and isn`t doing them any favours.

The Trs's of that vintage had the Leggo dash, how come that one doesn't, was it different on the GT?
Overall, it looks a decent kind of car. Pity we can't get them over here with interiors like that. Our dash panels are all cracked and destroyed by the sun by that age.

By the time you're old enough to know it all, you can't remember why you were learning.

I do hope that one gets saved. Theres a severe problem among all Citroen sites, were a rare and special model will come along and people will say "ooh thats rare" and "hope someone saves it" etc. But none of them ever do! I can understand if they already have a Digit or a 16v or something else special though. Don't get me wrong, if space and money didn't hold me back....
Guess thats everyone elses problem too.
