One of those rare BX's with 'hydrolastic suspension'....apparantly it 'drives lovely'....looks smart though.

I've asked Mr Hedges and he says he's not interested so if no one else wants it ? I think I'll bid on this as it has a better interior than mine and I've been looking for one for about 3 years now.

And here it is.

I'm considering bidding with a view to repairing it. I've got a bit of a soft spot for the 1.9 carb cars, had a trs for many years. I've got no chance to view before bidding so I'm a bit concerned that generally the car may not be as good described, particularly underneath. Also that the engine may be worse than suggested.

Spigven, chances are if the pipes haven't been done yet, they're definately going to need doing, not to mention the rear arm bearings, and calipers and discs and pads and subframe bushes and I'll bet you need both feet on the clutch pedal to press it down cos its that old.and would the door look right after the paintwork has been patched up.

Not putting you off am I?

Its doomed man, doomed I tell yee.

Sounds like an expert inspection is in order before end of listing. Anyone fairly near Hereford?

Go for it Ken! I`ve had a completely crazy idea about the collection of said car too, it`ll probably never work but I`ll p.m you all the same.
