Actually I reckon an N/A diesel lump would be simpler....purely for the fact they have little in the way of wiring.
Most of the original loom was adapted to fit the Emerald management, so you could bodge just about anything in there.
Buy this and the red £150 Activa down by me which runs ok......2.0 Turbo silver BX in a 16v shell
