I bought my TXD from this buyer, didn't get a look at this car as it was round the corner. Nice bloke, he'd bought an XM for his daily as it was an unmissable deal apparently.
I'm not a Saint, or a James, but a Tom Saint-James!

TBH, if it can't go for that price it must be bad - it's either cheap transport until the MOT runs out, a good source of parts or a resto project at that price!
