Re: TIMS BX BLOG
Arsebiscuits, the work on the DTR has come to an abrupt halt, Ive done pretty much all I can, the rear quarter I bought on proviso that it was for a Mk1 isnt, Ive showed our bodyshop manager the rust on the existing rear panel and he said NO WAY! So I know need to find a Mk1 rear panel or someone to repair the existing one, which will cost a fortune, BUGGER!

Re: TIMS BX BLOG
I'm not certain of the differences, but is there any way you could use sections from a Mk2 panel to repair the rusty parts of the original?

Re: TIMS BX BLOG
MOT Day tomorrow on the TZI (complete with newly fitted front splitter), the SD1 was booked in originally but I dont see the point bringing it out of a 7 month hibernation when its teaming it down with rain and we all know what old BL Cars are like when it comes to rain...., I have rebooked for next week when I hope the weather improves but brought the TZI to work as I was going to swop that for the SD1 as the tax is due to expire soon and give it a rest. Howevere I got my days mixed up so I came to work in it today, its now rather drenched so will leave it here over night (inside) and use the MOT booking for that instead..... Bugger!
