Looking forward to the feature, it really is about time. I'm sure it will look spot on for the shoot. What issue will it appear in Tim?

Indeed, James Walshe whos shares quite a few mutual friends is the guy whos organised the buyers guide and as Ian says he has a thing for old Citroens.

Lets hope the ice and fog is absent next Monday!

Well a great day! Paul and I had a great 3 hours with John coley the photographer, being a motoring photographer most of his life he had some stories to tell and has owned a few Citroens but now has to make of with a new Mercedes and has a Ferrari 355 and XK150 at home in his large house....

Saying that he was no car snob and very much appreciative of the BX and did a proper job of the pictures and made us very welcome.

Pictures to follow!

Sounds like a great day. Well done, the car looks superb from what I've seen on Facebook.

Had a chat with a journo last night and he wanst to come over and chat about what to look for and also take some snaps of the TZI as a comparison (best get that MOT'ed then too), Mk1/MK2 side by side and the differences in interior, spec, gearbox and ride etc.

Exciting!

Damned good thing this Tim. I hope it will help elevate the BX to 'Classic' status before long. Bloody well done bud.

Another positive, the TZI has just passed her MOT once the rack gaiter was reattached again! some slight LHM weeping from the regulator but its been like for years!

A good BX week and I now have two cars I can use.
