Post by Boxwolf »

Looking for a single spoke steering wheel for my TXD, anyone got one of these lying around after changing to a 3 spoke?

Believe it or not, the Post Office do operate in this part of deepest darkest Wales.
So I could stick it in the post if you cover the cost - shouldn't be more than a fiver. Although I am due to make a trip down south in the next month or so, so could swing past Oxford way perhaps...

What's wrong with your 3 spoke wheel? :?

Three-spokes are much more comfortable to rest your thumbs on when driving any distance. 8)

That's why I changed, but keep quiet, I'm trying to get shot of the damn thing, it's just taking up space and I never thrown anything away...

I'll gladly take yours off your hands Mat, do you have paypal which I could use to cover postage, or will you be coming Oxford way soon?

why not try a paers relay system like i set in motion on the FCF (french car forum, if BX CLUB members pass items down a chain/line in the direction it is required, the recipient gets there parts deliverd for not much more that a cupper/beer tokens, it works quite well as long as your not in a hurry and addopt a bit of PERCY WHAT SIT

The relay system might work, except that here out in the sticks I am unlikely to see another member any time soon...

I will weigh it and let you know a cost for postage in the next couple of days.
