To hopefully resolve what they are, and if they're recons as Malcolm suspects , the cheaper Eurocarparts accumulator spheres can be described as follows:
(i) come in a yellow box (2 to a box),
(ii) Eurocarparts part number 620 54 5231
(iii) manufacturer's ref "Accumulateur/Accumulador ref 22000003"".
(iv) There's a logo of a bird inside a circle on the sphere illustration on the box.
Can't remember my manufacturers, but is this the Spanish one?
Can anyone identify whose and what they are from this info? I've used them on short-life cars but not for extended periods. Appreciate it's probably a case of "you get what you pay for", but maybe useful to hold as an emergency spare.

a re/con sphere will almost certainly not last as long as a brasnd new one, as the diaphragm/bladder will/dose deteriarate over time, and you cant replace it unless you have a DS with spheres wich the body unscrews,
also there is no way to check the diaphragm is 100%
