And what's wrong with plastic? Amazing really. :lol: Some Heuliez specials had similar 'appliqué' tat on them too...

Yes... I remember seeing a picture of a Heuliez BX with wood, but it had a rather nice leather interior too.

i would love to own that there also another bx which is good the bxdigital where it had all digital dials but i dont know if they made them here i think its on the citroennet web site

The bx 19GT "digit" was indeed available in the UK but is incredably rare now, Mr Rutherford is the only known owner to the club.
Lots of Motors, mostly semi broken....

I've seen it! it needs quite a bit of work but it's a digit for sure! definitely needs recommissioning as it's the ultimate BX to me!

wow i didnt know that i thought it was in france only on one of the web sites there was a bx famliy with a back seat in it for kids like the 406 famliy and v laguna famliy

I think i will stick with my small homage to modernity with my little real carbon fibre insert in the slot above the heater controls.
it was made from a salvaged touring car door card which was damaged and not repairable.

Sorry to all for being abscent from the forum for a while not been a good start to the year with the sad passing of my uncle with cancer.
but my grandson ALFIE is doing very well he has just had his jab's today didn;t think much of them my son told me.
