Looks like a bit of a French car graveyard. I spot a Pug 205 there too - as well as the other BX...
Shame. Would it really be broken unless it was mullered?
Oh hang on.... happens often enough, why am I surprised? But you can't save 'em all I guess.

Well you answered yourself here! I had noticed the attitude is becoming more common nowdays with the ease to get a newer car, actually the attitiude thats put across is that if it is less that $3500 to buy its not worth buyingPhilip Chidlow wrote: Would it really be broken unless it was mullered?

Seen some BX cars scrapped for the stupid of reasons like the strut return hoses leaking and the most common probably the Octopus pipe failure? or even a Battery or Tyres
Kinda Ironic I picked up a dirt cheap BX19TRS that I wanted to part out ends up being a reliable little beast! However in this country (NZ) people have a tendancy to Cancel the Registration Number or let it lapse after 12 months and putting a Car thats not got a cancelled paper trail back on the road can cost you $1000 or more
I would not mind that BX16 but given that no rego exists on it beyond repair now sadly even if the fault was minor.
Shot I remember my last BX in the UK was a F plate BX16RS Auto insurance value in 2003 with 70,000 miles was 270 quid any wonder they get wrote off!!!
Guess we cant save them all
