1989 BX 19 GTi For Sale

Hey all, i am going to be putting my GTi up on ebay for sale soon and thought i would put an add on here to see if anyone was intrested. Its a 1989 early phase 2 graphite grey, 113,000 miles, mot till oct. Has had a service 500 miles ago as well as cam belt, stearing rack, front wheel bearings apx 5000 miles ago. I bought the car from Tim as a stop gap about 2 years ago, and now i have the 19RD the GTi is redundent. i will try to sort out some pics this week. if anyone is intrested please message and i will answer any questions you have. Any idea on price? Any issues to be concerned with (leaks, arm bearings etc.)? Is it a good interior (smoke and pet-free and so on).

The reason I ask is I'm trying to get my daughter's boyfriend into the BX!

body work very good, the drivers side rear door is a slightly different shade of grey. there is a dent in the sill on pass side at the rear where in the past it has prob slipped off the jack. interia is unmarked, no pets and non smoker. seems to go ok, slightly jerky arround town but been told that was common on GTi's. as for price, make me a offer. John

I'd stick a guide price up mate or you'll either get daft offers from new members or no offers at all.

there are sum pics on here Tim put up when he sold it oct 07 time, i will try take sum current ones and put up wed or thur. as for price i have no idea what its worth. anyone any ideas what a GTi 8v is worth? John

Well the last two that sold on ebay fetched silly money, but bearing in mind the amount of new parts fitted and that the boys very sound I guess its worth £500.

This car also now sports 16v graphite alloys plus it was ex citroen uk company car. I fitted a brand new starter motor on it before john got it which involved flushing the cooling system
