1992 Citroën TZI 19 BX Estate for sale, due to me going overseas.
I have enjoyed this car and have had many enjoyable times driving it. It handles very well is very responsive and a joy to drive.
Like most BXs it is still very economical to drive averaging aprox 7 to 8l per 100km (or about 12km per litre)
I have just spent close to $1000 on repairs and maintenance. It now has new clutch, thrust bearing, clutch cable , exhaust flange, hardy disk (connecting the rack to the pinion), and I have cleaned and repacked the left CV joint. All spheres have been regassed and the ride is nice and soft. Central locking works. Kenwood radio/CD player fitted and 5" Kenwood 3 way speakers in front doors
Some work is still required but does not affect the use of the car:
Front left hub bearings - bearings are ok but dry and need to replace the bearings as can't re grease them. I have a replacement hub that needs a new bearing pack to do the job but ran out of time to do it.
Air con - replaced the compressor but need to replace the receiver dryer and re gas the unit.
Car comes with spare parts including wheels, front lights and indicators and sundry other items.
