Reason for sale:Our C5 needs the space!
Insured to 16 Nov, could deliver up to then at cost. Collect up to end Nov, if not sold I will have to scrap it then and claim tax back. Buy it now £450, will consider offers over effective scrap value of £375.

All sounds nice till I read 'bubbles in coolant' and then it's "Awooga Awooga" In reality this car is spares or repair. In which case, despite it's single owner heritage and the work carried out I think your asking price is a 'tad' optimistic I'm afraid!

Liking the black an grey interior but alas with a busted headgasket, problems with the hydraulics and needing some love I think you would be lucky to get £200, Good luck though!

Bout the same as the asking price...
Smokes lots, because enough's enough already!

Far too many BX's, a bus, an ambulance a few trucks, not enough time and never enough cash...

The coolant bubbles appeared 2 1/2 years/8000 miles ago after a leaking water pump was replaced. It may be head gasket, but it's no problem on a long run, and it has easily passed MOT emissions test twice since. My Haynes manual indicates it should have a heater bleedscrew but I can't find it!

Should have mentioned recent new handbrake cables. It's had only Miller XFE semisynthetic oil from new, changed every 6000.

The PAS problem is almost certainly stickiness in the flow distributor, which I overhauled with new Viton O rings recently.

Are the house prices near you expensive? Only if they're resonable I'll be down there in a shot if you can get £350 odd a tonne for scrap.
