Wolsey House Motors

Post by Tim Leech »

Paid them a visit to pick up an interior for the TRS that Ive been after for AGES!, also managed to get the rear box I wanted for the TZI plus some other bits, amongst the 30 odd XM's, 4 Old jags and various CX and DS's theres a couple of BX's.

1 x 19TZS auto (gearbox broken) in burgundy (No interior)
1 x GTi 8v with leather and alloys, Black
1 x 19TXD with 16v wheels, White
3 x 16vs which werent on site, Silver Red and Grey

Plus lots of BX bits too.

Worth getting in touch if your interested, prices are "fair".

I bought a XM from them and sold them my CX. They seem pretty good but the owner (Danny) seemed pretty "gruff" to me. Their XM's used to look very expensive but seem less so now.

I agree Rob Danny came across quite "sharp" on email, but he was away in Rome when I went, I had to wait for them to remove my new interior from the donor car(although I had told him twice I wold be there today) but they were quick polite and let me have a nose about.

Maybe it's just me then, but after the fucking about they gave me over the black 16v they had with knackered synchro on third I'd never go there again, ever.
Smokes lots, because enough's enough already!

Far too many BX's, a bus, an ambulance a few trucks, not enough time and never enough cash...

I think their car prices are extortionate, although they have probably been thorough with any work they have done, you don't half pay the premium!

Looks like I may be heading back there again, Unloaded the car last night and the "complete interior" only has 3 door cards

The xm I bought from them was, admittedly, very good and the price I paid was considerably less than the sticker price.

He's still pretty frosty though!!
