Was someone selling a GTi 8V engine...

...on here a while back for £50? Or did I just dream it? If I ever resurrect the Hurricane, it's going to need something major doing to the engine, as it very quickly gets hot, and with the rad cap removed does a good impression of a water geyser! Might be easier to replace the engine, since a clutch would also be needed too (it would also make it easier to replace the leaking hydraulic return hoses...). Don't go to a lot of trouble looking, as I'm only exploring options at the moment, and may just decide to pass the car on, but it would be nice to get it back on the road again.
