Too goo to scrap ey! Well if the car has no MOT and the plate is still on it then he cant take the plate off.
Lots of Motors, mostly semi broken....

It'd be easy enough if the owner really wanted the plate back mate. Common practise years ago was to find a similar one in decent nick, swap the plates over, MOT it then sell plate and scrap car.

what about the chassis / VIN no.? which they now always check during the MOT he won't be able to swap that over if he's sold this car?

For a second there I was interested - it being localish but I just copped a look at the photo - what a heap!

Failed MOT on suspension pipes? - let me guess: the old front to rears no doubt! it's not even worth £5

Next you'll be suggesting garages check headlight alignment on MOT's as well, and based on my 'festive' driving experiences they clearly dont!

I'm sure has picked up a car that was looking worse than that one, green & brown coloured from memory & once cleaned it looked almost new. If mud is good for your face, it'll probably have protected the paintwork :lol:

ahem... If you know where to go, you can get a shiny new MoT certificate by return of post without moving the car from the driveway...
Smokes lots, because enough's enough already!

Far too many BX's, a bus, an ambulance a few trucks, not enough time and never enough cash...
