A 5 year love affair

Well,I've now had my "Burgundy Beauty" 5 years :shock: 8)
I'd like to thank all the people on here for their help and support over the last 5 years,especially Ken,without whose knowledge,assistance and mechanical skills,my car would now be waiting to be made into tin cans in China.Thanks everybody and a happy Christmas to you all.Tim,if you'd like a longer,more boring account for the CCC magazine,give me a shout.Thanks again,

Thanks Phil,in 13 years,I've had 4,2 of which I still own 8)
My 4x4 is STILL awaiting restoration,No2 went to the big car park in the sky,No3 was thankfully saved by Ken and may or not still be on the road and No4 is my daily driver as above
My dad also had a GTi for 10 years
Kinda guess that BX's are in the blood :wink: :D

Yes indeed BXs do get in your system, cant ever imagine not having one now.
