This probably doesn't help as i don't know much about 15's, but speedlines which are 14's came in 5.5 & 6j sizes, so i wouldn't fit anything wider than those. Tyres that fit those are either 185/60's or 195/60's, i think some club members on here have fitted larger alloy's (upto 17's from memory), but they had different profile tyres to the one's mentioned above.

Any particular reason for wanting to fit larger non-standard alloy's? ride quality usually worsens which kinda defeats the point of having a hydraulic car

Are your rear arm bearings in good condition? if they are leaning then that might be the cause of your problems, rather than those alloy's that you fitted?

Tyre choice, ride quality may deteriorate slightly but damping will still be just as good... and lets not forget looks

I'd say rear arm bearings would cause 15" wheels to rub, although you might get away with pulling the rear arch out slightly.

Is it a 16v? Mi16 wheels are the same width, but they have a slightly different offset IIRC.
