Hi

Anyone got any advice for someone wanting to read up on BXs? I could just have a chat with Ian Fearn I guess...

Anything covering Citroens in general would also be good. I've got plenty of 2cv only books but nowt covering Hydropneumatic Citroens.

I even have an Encyclopedia of the Car which doesn't even mention the BX at all!!

This is an excellent book:

There's not all that much devoted to the modern Citroen - BX has some coverage, and it touches briefly on the XM, but there are full in-depth chapters on the DS and the GS/GSA.

There's also a Citroen BX book in a series that I've seen on eBay a couple of times: full of roadtests, reviews, extracts from brochures etc. Anyone know the one I mean?

I have quite abit of info/brochures, also have a dealer only roadtest scrapbook with cut out from magazine and papersfrom late 89/90. Makes interesting readng mostly covering the XM and Diesel BX's but a nice piece on the 14TGE.

Speaking as probably the only ex-bookseller on this forum, there's no English-language BX book that I'm aware of other than the manuals.

The BX DIY site has a goodly amount of information in one place.
Back on two wheels and pedal power for the moment.

Well, I probably qualify then! Perfect companion for my ultra-simple, easy to work on 2CV don't you think?
