I'm sorry but I don't understand for certain what you mean. I would be interested in buying a full system, complete with all the sensors to fit to a car that does not have the computer as standard. (Not just the part that fits into the dashboard).

Pete, I don't know what they do for certain, I believe they have a road speed input and a fuel flow sensor, so they must give an MPG figure. But I can't see a display?
I have a (daft?) idea of possibly having the only diesel BX with a computer fitted...

My take on his post is that he is selling the car and that the spiel about the computer is just a quirky advertising pitch.

Ahhhh. Could be right - don't think it's worth the hassle/money of buying a valver from France just for the computer!

The LCD display replaces the clock I believe...

He wants to trade his computer for a tailblazer like the one pictured. The computer works off 2 sensors as far as i know 1, fuel flow sensor and 2, gearbox speed sensor. Im not sure whether the computer is on a seperate loom to the car though ( plug and play) with it being citroen

Ah yes 'bi-colour accesory' - elementary my dear Watson! I too misunderstood. Does anyone have one available? I haven't seen one for a while. Most of them are in two pieces ( or more) by now!

Yes, that makes complete sense.

I have lots of tailblazers, in fact I keep tripping over them when trying to get to my pile of hen's teeth.

If I did have one then I would swap it for a computer, sadly I don't and am unlikely to find one. If you do decide to sell it for money then please let me know...

As it happens I do have 1.5 tailblazers sat at home. One is totally complete, and the other is not... both are the all-red Phase 1 type though.

I think there were three different styles then
1. The all red
2. The red and orange
3. The red and black

( scientifically listed)

I've seen similar things on 80s Audi's and Mercs here - wonder what they called them?

Mat, as you wrote - somewhat ironically- that you had 'lots of them' perhaps BXsoupapes with his limited English might be getting excited!

I bought a BX GTI 1986 with the rare options "Computer Board" only realesed on model 1986 & 1987 GTI.

As it impossible to put on my 16 Valve i will like to brade for not make busness and for the moment i search this accesories...

The Computer Board it's complete with LCD Special replace the clock and Comodo Special...
