Hopefully the weather will warm up again sometime soon so I would like to fix it, before the bulb blows!I thought I had read in a previous posting that the warning came from the lock solenoid, and I got one from fleebay. But having just had a look tonight, the wires come from the latch mech itself, not the solenoid, doh!
Wiggling the wires, breaking/making connector did not help.
I did not have time to try and get the mech out.
- Is it likely to be fixable ? or
- Does anyone have a drivers door latch, with working warning, suitable for my '91 Ph2 GTI ?
