Spotted on www.ebay.fr. petit annonces. voitures.citroen bx.
1994 diesel estate in white 950 euros.
Never seen a back end like this before? Richard.

I *think* it's a Heuliez(?) ambulance conversion:

I'd love to have a "ambulance" like this... or maybe a 6 wheel XM loadrunner. It would be something that would be great at the rallies.

Thanks for the info Ray. Ive never seen one before.Great pics. News on the cx is ive managed to get bonnet open and sent buyer the chassis number but as yet no reply.Dont worry i will keep you posted.Richard.

Yes, could be a Heuliez, but there were other coachbuilders who did similar versions. French ambulance service is almost all private companies - more like a medical taxi service than the UK model. All the hydro-pneumatic Citroéns were popular as ambulances for obvious reasons of ride quality.
