Offside rear quarter light window BX estate?

Freak gust of wind just smashed my garage door into my bx estate,smashing the rear offside quarter light window

So, how do you get them out/in ,and anyone know of any going spare?

an old school type car window fitter recommended by chevronics, did a top job and the price was right

Have fitted door glass before but didnt realise these were bonded in and a bit of a game.
