Pictures of my latest Bx,a19TGD.Donated by Eddie in Huddersfield who has got a new car and didnt want it going to the crusher.
Interesting roofrack! but drives well.Im booking it in this week for an MOT.The drop links sound rattly but its had new pipes, front spheres and some very neat welding in the usual places.
Its never going to win a concourse but is a good "working" sort of car.
I will post the results of mot shortly.
Richard.

Morning Tim.Yes i will let you know first if i decide to sell.Dont know what to do with her just yet.I may keep as a "going to the tip" car with the roof rack and hefty towbar, its even got an attachment that slots onto the towbar for bikes.I,d forgotten how nice the n/a diesels are to drive.
Need to give her a good clean out and get a new drivers seat really as its badly worn.

What's the current fleet now? You must have XX cars by now

Well i took the old lady for an Mot this morning after doing my usual checks etc and she passed with only 1 advisory on the o/s track rod end having minor play. But ive had a shock with the insurance.I was paying £148 per year fully comp on the 14TGE and best quote for the 19TGD is £450.Thats with Lancaster.Seems they cant offer "classic cover" as its a 92 and the TGE just scraped in at a 89 .Bugger!! :(
