Why I love my BX to bits :)

Post by sarahjaneking »

well firstly - it works, always a bonus :)

2, when it doesn't work it is (or has been so far) relatively easy to repair :D

3, insurance, even in mancland, is less than 6 months road tax 8)

4, It's so economical I keep forgetting where the filling station is

5, It looks good

6, It corners superbly

basically I just love it to bits :D

really the only downside is that I can't afford another one

I know what you mean, the BX is addictive.

I had a 'bus' once

It's actually quite decent for a bus - wheels look a bit thin though for my tastes and back.

I keep thinking of getting one of those 4x4 surf buses - not a lot of surf in Kent though.

I've driven off ramps before - an expensive mistake indeed.

Wheels way to thin, dropped down from 17" to 15" Alloys with proper tyres, oh and I stripped off the bodykit and added chrome bars all round

I can imagine  I was pretty nervous, took me about 20 minutes  but having to work on the road I prefer them to axle stands, they just feel a bit safer :)

It was lowered about 40mm on KYB struts. Supercharged, it had been chipped, had performance induction and was good for 120 mph... it had a stainless steel 5Zingen exhaust. The wheels were 17" Enkei alloys with Kuhmo tyres. The kit was actually a US one that had been imported to Japan  :?

But as it couldn't negotiate speed bumps that all came to nought and it had to go

I destroyed a GSA door coming off them, once.

Entirely my own fault - the driver\'s door window didn\'t open, so I was in the habit of opening the door a bit to see out when reversing. Coming off the ramps, the door got caught in the bushes along the drive and folded all the way back on itself.

Hello everyone, by the way!

Nope.

freeproxyserver.net!

It\'s weird - it\'s lightning fast, just as it ought to be, and I don\'t have this problem with any other site. There must be some disagreement between my router here and the BXC setup!
