BX 19trs for sale

Post by medwaycitroen »

Hello

We are selling on behalf of one of our customers her old BX 19trs

its the model with the rear plastic quarter lights, and a good if some what faded interior.

however, it has a fair bit of rust, in the usual bx places, windscreen pillers, sills ect, quite bad in places. Is a sort of cream colour, but has replacment wing which is white. paint coming off front bumper and cracked rear bumper.

to balance this list of woe it has only 38,000 miles on the clock (its a g reg) which i think is genuine, we have looked after it for years.

the lady is after £300 for it

I think it would make a good restro project, its tax and tested, and drives nicely, its at our garage in chatham at the moment, where anyone intrested can come and look and take it for a drive

thanks
remy

A rare enough model but in slightly grotty shape (although the interior looks ok). That A pillar rust is a pain as is the rust you can (and can't see) elsewhere. What makes it a £300 car? The mileage? But I guess as it's T&T'd and if it runs OK its an interesting rolling resto project.

Its not Beige, its Ivory. After 10 years of me making corrections, i'd have thought someone would have learned the difference by now!

(PS I'm only kidding, I don't care what you call it, one parking warden once called it White, and no i didn't correct him at the time!)
