New MOT achieved!!

Post by Stinkwheel »

She's all legal for a further 12 months.

bottom balljoint, trackrod end and a LOT of welding to inner l/h wing and strut area. I mean this car was properly rusty but hiding it very well. You live and learn :)

Anywho, it means MOT and parts total came to just over 60 quid, not bad really considering :)

Well done there. It must have deteriorated a lot in the last year though, I suppose we had a lot of salt down last winter...

I've just put mine in for a test, and was pleased to find all it needed was a wiper blade. I think I will give it another waxoyling now winter is coming up!

Tesco Value BX, i'd forgotten it was called that :)

Actually of the 6 BX's i've owned i like this one almost the best, considering the list of previous is 3 x 16v 1 x 17RD 1 x 16TRS. I think its impressive i like this 1400 so much :)

Sixty quid for a year's motoring can't be a bad thing, nice result Mr Wheel!
