The trouble with second hand ones is they'll as likely be blocked too.

Have you tried all the cleaning techniques? Failing that there's this thread: http://www.bxclub.co.uk/forum/viewtopic ... light=jets

I just clean them regularly, take them off & they have a small endcap on one end, carefully prise this off making sure it doesnt catapault off into oblivion. I then get a sowing needle & push that into the holes, & then i normally blow water through the tube with my mouth until the thing becomes clear, don't do that too much or you'll get dizzy  That should hopefully sort it out.

Individual wires from a wire brush are also good for poking into washer jets but watch your fingers!

I drilled the holes out to .8MM. No problems since.
GSF used to sell them for about £7 IIRC..

I used a small drill as well. Can't remember whether I drilled out new holes or looked for the original ones to clear - it was for the MOT 4 years ago and water wasn't reaching the top half of the screen so that was the only requirement from the task - not been a problem since.

 On my scania truck the spray bar is metal and simply clips onto wiper blade and then rubber pipe from washer. Occasionally detaches in winter if nozzles become blocked/frozen so i secure it with a cable tie. Might be worth popping into a scania dealer and trying one out would cost pence i would imagine. 8)

With the bx spraybar/tube I take out the end bung , slide the tube out of the clips . This allows the tube to be ( with a little persuasion ) held in a straight line. Use warm water or do on a warm day to prevent breakage or cracking.

Obtain a 1/16th welding rod and push it all the way through.followed by a blast of compressed air.
Reassemble all parts and test !

It works for me everytime.
