The tap then?
Bit like gold dust these days!
Smokes lots, because enough's enough already!

Far too many BX's, a bus, an ambulance a few trucks, not enough time and never enough cash...

I know Medway Citroen have a spare on a scrapper (I was eyeing it up the other day). Don't know whether you'll get their attention to remove and post it though. I MAY be able to do it, but not soon, v. busy.

As all the dealerships seem to be dumping their BX parts it might be worth asking if there's one lying about their stores, part number is, or was, 95-576-548 snd it's listed as a 'valve'
Gibbo.

I noticed on Ebay recently someone flogging 'reconditioned' BX taps. Anyone got any experience of these? Or know what's involved in rebuilding one? I've had one apart before and cleaned the gunge out, but wondered if there was a source for specific new seals etc.
Got to change mine soon.

Not yet had to go down the rebuild route, but form ehat I can see it's just an O ring isn't it?
Shouldn't be hard to replace although getting the thing to bits without destroying the case could be interesting, it's very very brittle plastic.
