Wanted TZD Estate

Post by winslo » Mon Nov 01, 2010 10:17 am

Hi all, looking for a BX TZD estate....must have some mot and tax if possible

Not really looking to spend a fortune, and not looking to buy one that needs lots of work.

So what have you got?

Im located in the north east next to newcastle upon tyne, can travel but would rather find something local

Cheers

Sent him a question on ebay...wants 700....seems very steep to me considering it needs work and a mot!

It is very steep considering. With a fresh MOT (especially with a few month's tax) it'd be worth £700 all day long, likely a fair bit more given the condition. Sadly, he'll be struggling to get £400 (although I wish him the best of luck!). Shame really as the repair at a specialists might cost less than £180.

Someones alreay put in a bid of £250 with virtually no mot, as long as it comes with the remainder of the tax then perhaps its a good buy at the price. I think a viewing is required to see what the likely problems might be. Seems daft to try & sell a car when mot is running out & expect good money
2002 C5 2.0 HDI Estate - Remapped - It goes better
2011 Mini Cooper D Clubman - it does over 60mpg
1992 TZD Turbo - SORN - slowly getting there
1991 Gti 16V - Blaze is back on the road since 2008
1990 Gti 8Valve SOLD - looks like it's been scrapped
2002 Mini Cooper S - SOLD - i miss this car
1992 TXD - Scrapped in March 2014
