Far too early.

Oh God - Christmas dinner My bowels freeze for days afterwards. Oh God - polite conversation with the drunken relatives. Oh God - pretending that I find the joke pair of red elephant chords amusing. Oh God - disruption of my carefully crafted routine.
One year I stayed on my own as I refused to pay for dinner at the local spew factory, and had to watch TV - I ended up dragging the TV up the garden and driving a stake through the screen
Last year was one of the best - the electric went off at 5pm and didn't come back on until 2am Boxing Day

Would it be remiss of me to suggest that what we 'celebrate' in the UK isn't Christmas at all. It's more like 'Scoffmas' or 'Consumermass' - an opportunity for people to be fleeced of as much money as possible in return for the cheapest plastic tat that can be foisted upon them.
Whatever Christmas now is, as a national event our modern Xmas-lite has got little to do anymore with its original meaning. Perhaps that's why so many people find it unsatisfying, empty, false.

Christmas is just a relatively modern Christian festival tacked on the back of pagan traditions that go back to the dawn of civilisation – the church couldn't eradicate it the celebrations so it absorbed them. Bit like Easter really.
If you don't like Christmas (I'm an atheist and firmly in the bah humbug camp) call it winter solstice instead and bring on the mince pies and booze. Hic.
