Cant remember so excuse me asking, are they the same asides the sound proofing.
GT drivers door is past its best and Ive patched it up once before, the chance of me finding a Mk1 door that's rust free is NIL so would consider a Mk2 and paint it to match.
Thanks!

im sure they are the same,
you could always try Medway Citroen as they were advertising panles/doors for various citroens,
5 and 10 pounds each depending on condition,
i had a XANT estate rear door from them,
regards malcolm

I think there's some difference to between the rear doors of Mk1 and Mk2 BXs. Something to do with the shape of the rear wheel arch/door close panel (bit where it rusts) - one of them has a 'bump' that prevents the use of the other's door however, vice versa is ok. Trouble is I can't recall what one's what!
I think it's something like the rear doors of a Mk1 will not close if fitted to a Mk2 but that you can easily fit Mk2 rears to a Mk1.
This is of course, useless trivia
