Was tempted Tim. 1st thing i do is go straight to the classifed section, well after reading the BXclusive section of course, but i've spent a chunk of money on bodywork on the 16 valve.

SOLD. Sadly not to me, in fact to someone even before the magazine had been published. It has been replaced by another BX diesel though! :D

Hi, I helped pick the car up yesterday afternoon. Its not too bad but I don`t know how it got an MOT on it less than 2mths ago (brakes and welding issues).
Anyway I`m sure the new owner will be posting on here for bits soon.

I bought the DTR yesterday. It seems OK, does need a lot of bodywork though. Drives quite well really, aside from the brakes! I was a bit miffed to see the holes in the front subframe and rear subframe mounting when I got it on the ramp, but nothing that can't be fixed I guess.

I taxed it today and will be using it for the commute to work for the forseeable future. Just need to bolt the rest of the seats in! (Don't ask!) I will be addressing the cosmetics, it could do with a front bumper and O/S front wing, which I don't have at the mo, but I'll post a wanted thread for that.

Rest assured this Mk1 is safe! :D I'll post some photos up soon.

P.S. Pre-publication? I got my magazine on Saturday. Didn't know I was special!

 Well I rang about 4pm after work and was planning a trip to Taunton on Sunday anyway, so it worked out quite well. It must have been fate, because I came home and saw a Glacier Blue Mk1 in a film as well!

I think you'll like it Tim, especially the Citroen accessoire decals! The bodywork gives it some character too! As soon as I've finished cleaning the black sports and green algae off it, I'll take some snaps.

Thanks for the offer, I think the subframe is savable, but I'll bear it in mind if it turns out different.
