What does ebay say about the deal? If you paid by paypal you should get your money back or most of it at least.

I take it he agreed beforehand to international shipping and if so you have allowed time for the item to be shipped across the world (via sea)
How come you haven't left him negative feedback. The one item I have seen of his shows he has zero feedback and states UK only?

he said sort it out and pay through ebay/paypal then he will sort the shipping and to pay it with paypal later.

it is all being sorted.

just did not want any other people to get caught out.
