Anybody got a BX glove box lid with good hinges? Dark grey. Cheers.

Good hunting, perfect ones are hard to find.

Can you repair the one you have? Both the one on my scrapper and in my runner have been well bodged but both work ok.

May be your easiest option as they always seem to go at the hinges. Araldite did the job for me with brass split pins from some of my grenades.

if you do manage to find one with hinges intackt but the wrong colour,

you can unstick the outter skin and re/glue the outter from your original one,

Clever...!

I've got a brown glovebox if anyone needs one. Yours for the price of postage.

With a bit of care, the glovebox can be carved with a dremel to take the edge of small brass hinges which can be fixed by small screws. I've added some 'super steel' epoxy as well to prevent any movement.

When you say "dark grey" do you mean almost black as on the Gti TXD TZD interior, or the darker of the two light grey shades? :?
