Took all the trim and door card off the passenger side front door just now, hoping to do the window channel etc to find the original was just fine and that the window must have been sticking due to lack of lubrication. Didnt use it all last year in case it fell out, what a plonker!!!
All cleaned and lubed up and now working a treat. A lot less hassle too.
I like it when a plan comes good.
