Even so, i do like vintage things & love the aesthetics, let's hope it rides as well as it's pleasing looks.

Mechanically it's spot on. I've just worked hard to keep it looking as tatty as possible - even down to digging out suitably rusty nuts and bolts for anything that needed replacing. I agonised for ages over changing the front outer brake cable bcause the new one just doesn't look right! I know, I should get out more...

Yes please!

I've often thought how much fun it would be to travel right around France on a moped. I'm not sure the dog would agree as he didn't like my 2CV - in fact he was quite scared of it :roll:
