Indeed I sometimes drop in there for a pick-your-own salad.
Yes - good to meet up - I've been thinking about the 'hesitation' - it's probably a good plan to get the air intake and the warm air pipe completely sorted before thinking about looking at the carb - it's not going to like running on cold air - fuel vapourising in the carb tends to reduce the temp there so it needs a bit of help to stay warm.
