Reconditioned steering pump Citroen BX?

Post by Dickster665 »

I found this on e-bay http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Citroen-BX-Power- ... 2a1121b964

Considering the vendor is not sure what it is, the mind boggles regarding the level of reconditioning that has been undertaken.

My suggestion is that it is only a layer of matt black paint. Only 99p though.

Cheers

The postage on initial inspection may appear excessive, but it is by a 24hour courier so you can have it delivered anytime night or day.

Benefits like this have to be paid for.

I wonder also how some of the postal rates are calculated.

It may be radical thinking on my part, but do you think some people operating on e-bay are not 100% honest?

Cheers

I asked about the rack when it was on e-bay the 1st time around as i wanted to come & collect rather than pay the postage. Response was that not normally, however for £25 i could  Needless to say i didn't bother with a bid or even a response. It would have been cheaper to have had a bid & paid the postage :x

I bought the first rack from this guy and it arrived the next day for £21.50 including postage, which in my book makes it a BARGAIN! he told me collection wasnt possible as he buys and sells in his spare time which is fair enough. (thanks Ken for offering though).

I dont need one but for that kinda money I will stick it in my store and keep it for a rainy day!

Mulley I would get it bought and keep hold of it. I spend more than that on gaiters not that long ago!
Lots of Motors, mostly semi broken....
