I have been in contact with the chap and there's someone in front of me in the queue so I have second dibs so to speak - but Kermit and I would consider it a good choice for our Challenge car, seeing as the GS won't be ready.

Kermit picked it up on Friday. No drama - a really nice chap who has vowed to return from NZ to do the Challenge (he said in a Mehari! ?lol) - and really generous too: fuel in the tank, tax and ticket - not to mention pork pie and cup of tea for Phil

Car runs well, has no real issues... So it's going to be sorted for the Challenge and is already stuck with the moniker: 'The Red Baron'... :D

We need a passenger seat in grey tweedy fabric if anyone's got one (to use to replace the driver's seat squab)...

Certainly, Oscar - although the guy who gave it to us, John, says he'd like first refusal if we did sell after the Challenge. Unlikely he'd take it if he's still in NZ though, I would've thought. :?
