16 TGS

Newark has an internationally famous violin making school that seems to attract lots of French students. Besides making the town feel a bit more cosmopolitan than it might ordinarily be and filling a couple of the pubs up with some very competent gypsy jazz musicians, there's always an interesting array of old French cars knocking around. I've seen this one about quite a bit and managed to get a pic this morning. Looks very tidy and well cared for.

I think it's a nice car. Sadly, I'm no longer the only BX in the village during term time . I suppose I could knock on his door and point out that the valve covers are currently available on ebay at 7 quid a pop, but I suspect he's probably not that bothered!

I really like the extra glove box that you get in French cars - how come the rhd cars never got that?
