i understand club stands are welcome
this sounds like a fab event, plenty campsites/hotels in the area, the last french car day i went to was just excellent,so im sure this event will be well supported and a "MUST" event of the year!!
there is no reason why we can't have a BXCLUB stand,

GSA X1,GSA estate, GSA PALLAS C-matic,Simca 1100,Renault 16TX auto, yellow Visa super E, wanted mk1 bx!
Well done for spotting this Chris.
It sounds an excellent event to attend and includes a refresher visit to the motor museum in the price too.
Also has the benefit for us BXers in the South to have an event within closer reach for a change.
Seems though, if BXC co-ordination is needed, there needs to be an external marshalling point arranged for a certain time and then a convoy to the entrance in order to park together.

Ooh, that one sounds too local to turn down!

I've decided to make this a family day out, so we've booked a family room at a nearby Hotel - for only £19 so we get to an opportunity to see all the attractions. Check out: http://www2.travelodge.co.uk/search_and ... tel_id=541
On the Beaulieu site it does say "Please note that if you wish to park alongside your friends, or fellow club members, you must arrive together as there will be no designated areas available."
With entry after 9:30am I suggest it might be a good idea for as many of us BXers who are planning to go, to meet up at a convenient nearby location at, say 9:30-10am and then convoy to the Museum? Such a convenient location could be the above hotel if there were others taking advantage of this £19 deal (which for a family will cost less than camping).

Best place to meet up would be the services at Ower, just east of the junction you need to come off at on the M27.

But there are bound to be car parks near (and looking at Steetview there are retail car parks around). The £19 promotion was limited. Travelodge do it periodically - sometimes for as little as £12. I got a room at Crewe for £19. (Felt like applying for a refund: have you ever been to Crewe?! lol! )

I'm happy to jump in and help organise this one if anyone wants to join together and go in as one. It's right up my street....literally.
